Training extract
Mentalization-based therapy is a psychotherapeutic approach based on treating personality disorders, emotional storms and impulsive behaviors. It focuses on the ability to understand and interpret the mental states of others and oneself. This therapy helps improve emotional regulation and relationship management. Mentalization training is essential for mental health professionals because it provides them with skills to assess psychological processes, understand mood and personality disorders, and work with diverse populations. It allows patients to better understand each other, strengthen their relationships and integrate socially.
